In opening, Nuku Ora would like to acknowledge the recent passing of Grant Turner. Grant was recognised as a skilful midfielder, a revered player of the game and was a part of the unforgettable All Whites team who made their first World Cup in 1982. He played for the All Whites on 71 occasions between 1980 and 1988. In 2022. Nuku Ora was delighted to announce Grant as a Gibson Sheat Sport Legend of Wellington 2022 for his commendable performance and commitment to the game of football.
