Working with partner organisations, the Community Development Team plays both a lead and supporting role across the region to increase levels of physical activity to create healthier, happier, and better-connected communities towards a stronger Aotearoa.

The Community Development Lead - Workforce and Business Support Services focuses on building capability and resilience for priority partner organisations in the regional physical activity system. The Lead promotes best practice and development opportunities in leadership, governance, and volunteerism, supporting board members, committees, administrators and back-office functions.
