The Community Development Lead – Older People supports the organisation regarding older people and champions programmes or initiatives relating to the engagement of older adults.  The Community Development Lead – Older People develops and delivers quality service and support systems for the ACC Community Group Strength and Balance (CGSB) contract.

The Community Development Lead – Older People assists leading and developing the overall CGSB programme regionally, and supports local providers to deliver quality fall prevention programmes for older adults, in consultation with the Community Development Manager and ACC.
